We like using this Lipikar Huile replenishing cleansing oil because it is an anti-irritant body wash, which is free of colourant, alcohol, soap and paraben.
We like moistening our skin using this cleansing oil during a shower, as
it lathers quickly and doesn't have a strong fragrance. We can also pour 2 to 3 capfuls into the bath, gently rinse and pat dry.
I use this La Roche-Posay Toleriane Ultra cream for the face because the product does not have preservatives, paraben, fragrance or alcohol. This cream is used for intense soothing care, as it gives immediate and long lasting relief. I am sensitive to creams especially if it is for the face, so I avoid using creams that feel greasy or have a heavy texture. I like using this cream lightly once a day in the morning, as I don't feel greasy after applying the cream.
I think it is important to use a good moisturizer for the face especially because of the weather. I found this allergy free moisturizer works well for me and chose to trust this product because it has proven to help people with ultra-sensitive and allergic skin. This Toleriane Ultra cream comes in a container that has a 100% airtight hermetic seal to ensure there are no oxidation residue or contamination, so we can use the cream until its expiry date. Dermatologists use this product to provide complete skin care for people with oily skin imperfections, severely dry skin, intolerant skin and sun reactive skin.
On the package, I saw this dermatologist recommended daily essentials that will help keep our skin healthy.
- Avoid hot water, warm showers and baths that are more than 35°C
- Rinse the skin well, and wipe gently patting instead of rubbing. Hydrate the skin with dermatologist recommended cream.
- Wear cotton clothing and avoid wool or other synthetic fibers that irritate the skin.
- Don’t use fabric softener.
- Ventilate the rooms all year around and maintain a comfortable more than 19°C temperature in the bedroom.
