Something Fishy with Duck Tape Sheet

To make this fish tag you will need...
tag or key chain
scissors
pen
cotton
belt hole puncher
Draw a picture of a fish on the back of the Duck Tape Sheet. Then cut 2 pieces so we can put the cotton and cover it.  
After covering the two pieces together with the cotton inside, use the belt hole-puncher and make a hole.  
Put a small key chain through the hole, and attach it to any belonging such as bags.
