Strawberry Banana Milk Bars

With the summer heat we are always looking for ways to cool down, so I made this delicious milk bars or popsicles with strawberry and banana. In June when it was strawberry season in Ontario, it has become our tradition to take the kids and pick our own strawberries in a local farm close to home. I usually remove the top and cut the strawberries into two and freeze it.
I like using this RINSE bowl and strainer to wash vegetables and fruits. This 2-in-1 built-in collapsible strainer made with food safe BPA free material easily folds to catch the food items we are washing with one easy tilt. This bowl and strainer is dishwasher safe.
Make these homemade Strawberry Banana Milk Bars this long weekend and enjoy with your family and friends:)
You will need...

1 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup condensed milk
1 or 2 ripe bananas, this shouldn't be hard to look for as it becomes ripe too fast in the summer.
1 cup strawberries

I removed the top and cut the strawberries into two and froze it before including it in the popsicle. In a blender add the whipping cream and whip till it is firm. Then add the condensed milk, bananas and strawberries blend until everything is mixed.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and let it freeze before enjoying it.
There is lots happening at General Mills this August :)

  11. I don't have strawberries. But I do have a ton of bananas and frozen blueberries, so this recipe is very convenient for me. Also, the bananas are going brown and spotty pretty fast, so it really is convenient for me.
