Kale Orange Salad

Happy 2014 everyone! New year is a time to make new resolutions, so the beginning of the new year I always start by making resolutions to eat healthy and stay fit. I learned to make this healthy Kale Orange Salad recipe at the Cooking With Cutco event, which is delicious and easy to prepare. This recipe is a good way to add the super food Kale into our healthy eating lifestyle.

For this Kale Orange Salad we will need
2 cups of chopped kale
2 oranges cut into segments
1 lemon juiced
2 tbsp olive oil

Massage the chopped kale with olive oil and lemon juice then toss the orange segments and serve. This salad can be prepared a head of time.
With the Olympics set to start early February, General Mills is keeping busy. Cheerios will bring cheer to Team Canada and Pillsbury will be hosting lots of contest for us to enter at the Life Made Delicious Facebook, so do visit them and join the fun. I am also hosting a $100 value Olympic prize pack so please do enter the giveaway before January 15th.
