Whipped Cream Dessert and Two Giveaways

This is the time of the year most of us are relaxing outdoors and are looking for easy, but healthy recipes to make for our family and friends. Since fresh berries are in season I like to include it into my dessert, as it is a good way to make sure we are eating nutritious food. These individualized desserts cups are a hit with everyone in my family. It is easy to prepare and can be made within a few minutes. These colourful Berry Whipped Cream Dessert Cups are perfect to serve during outdoor parties as well.
To prepare these Dessert Cups I used...
Store bought Italian Savoiardi cookies
Nescafé to taste in boiling hot water
blueberries
strawberries
fresh mangoes
Gay Lea whipped cream

Cut the washed strawberries and mangoes into small pieces and leave it aside. Wash the blueberries and keep it aside. 
Prepare a bowl with 1/2 tsp Nescafé to taste in about 1/2 cup of boiling hot water. Dip the Savoiardi cookies in and out of the hot Nescafé water quickly and place it in the dessert cup; if you dip for a long time it will become soggy. Depending on the size of your dessert cup, you might have to break the cookie it to two.
Place the berries and whipped cream, alternating as you like and serve cold. You can also put crumbled, un-dipped cookies into the dessert.
You can add any type of fruits you like for this dessert.

    Our family will be cooking in the back yard on the BBQ and we will be making lamb, steaks and veggies. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! Lol I also want to make a charcoal BBQ at least one time this summer. I think the food tastes so good cooked on charcoal. Thank you for the opportunity.

    We'll be cooking up lots of pasta salad, potato salad and BBQ chicken. We (my husband and I) made the most amazing BBQ chicken on Monday and we're planning on doing it many more times in the next month!

    I am not sure the phrasing of the question. If it means what are we cooking then right now in temps hovering around 40 not much cooking going on. Sandwiches, wraps, fruits and veggies are happening a lot right now LOL

    I life in Canada and I love wafer cake, simply Christie chocolate wafers with whipped cream in between and then smothered in whipped cream. Best to let it sit in the fridge for a few hours....so yummy! Cut on an angle.
