#MHFreakyFusion Viewing Party and Monster High DVD Giveaway

My daughter is a Monster High fan, who enjoys watching the shows. Sometimes I like to join my children when they watch Monster High. I like how the show incorporates positive messages and puts a spin on our day-to-day words such as saying "Fearbook" for "Facebook" :) Monster High™ inspires girls to be unique by empowering them to embrace their imperfections and express their individuality. Monster High is a school that creates a world where freaky flaws are celebrated and allows girls to be their authentic self. Rather than trying to fit in, they are encouraged by faculty members to “Be yourself, be unique, be a monster”.

This original brand created in Mattel in 2010, features dolls, webisodes, books, merchandise and more are freaky-fab, as the ghouls would say, and encourages individuality. I invited my daughter's friends to join us for a in-home viewing party to watch the latest Monster High™ DVD, Freaky Fusion™ where the message of "Two ghouls are better than one" was being conveyed encouraging children to think of teamwork, helping each other, the power of friendship, self-expression, individuality, and accepting others.

Our home was filled with laughter while the children were watching. I also saw the children jumping out of their seats a couple of times when watching this not so scary ghouls in action and learning about the importance of family and friendship.

My daughter and her friends really enjoyed their Monster High™ gift bag items, which included a magazine featuring Freaky Fusion™ and a “Colour N Style” purse. 

I served a delicious pink sherbet drink, my daughter's favourite muffins, and some "freaky" coffee crisps to enjoy after the girls enjoyed the movie. 

I could hear the children discussing their favourite parts like when the ghouls travelled back in time and learn to work together when the eight ghouls accidentally get fused into four new monsters, how the new Hybrid students helped, and conversations around my daughter's favourite character Frankie. If your child is Monster High fan as well then check out their website and YouTube page.
