Here is a recipe for Butterscotch Pops
1/4 cup butter
1 package marshmallows
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup butterscotch flavour instant pudding mix
6 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal
Melt butter over low heat in a large saucepan, then add marshmallows and stir until it is melted. Remove from heat and stir in the pudding mix.
Add the Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal and stir until well coated. Using a buttered spatula or wax paper press the mixture into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan coated with butter. Use cookie cutters and cut shapes then insert it into lollipop sticks and decorate.

If you are making in the microwave in a microwave safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on high for 3 minutes and stir after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth and add the pudding mix and stir again.

ReplyDeleteLost of great ideas here - I am not a big fan of Halloween, but my family is BIG into this holiday so I try to get into it for them with decorations and fun costumes. I really like the door frame silhouettes, and the Trick-or-Treater' Greeter would be a big hit!
