The hugely popular Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park opened its third and largest GTA location in Vaughan. With over 36,500 sq. ft. of space, the brand new facility features four party rooms, and activities like Ultimate Dodgeball, SkySlam (an awesome take on basketball that allows anyone to slam dunk like a pro), Foam Zone pit to jump into, and an all new Ultimate Volleyball experience unlike any other.
SKY ZONE LLC is the inventor of wall-to-wall fun. It was established in 2002 with the sole purpose of developing an interlocking system of hyper-resilient trampolines that has since been awarded a U.S. patent.
As the world’s first all-walled trampoline playing court, Sky Zone re-defines fitness and fun by providing toddlers, kids, teens and adults with invigorating activities where they are guaranteed to have a 'soaring' time. No matter the age or fitness level, it’s an experience fit for the whole family to enjoy. One energizing Sky Zone fitness class can burn up to 1,000 calories in one hour.
I like that now SkyZone provides all those who jump a brand new indoor socks with grip in the back to use and keep, which is more hygienic and better than having to wear their shoes. The vaughn location has lots of spacious party rooms as well as a wonderful way to view the whole indoor park from upstairs unlike the Mississauga or the Toronto location.
Sky Zone
offers the opportunity to get in shape while having a blast at the same time. The health benefits are...
1. It is better than jogging "the magnitude of the biomechanical stimuli is greater with jumping on a trampoline than with running. Unlike jogging, the forgiving surface of the trampoline is not jarring to the joints.” (University of Kentucky; NASA)

2. Anyone can do this because the exercise provided by trampoline is sufficiently
gentle, the elderly, the pregnant and the disabled can safely participate.

3. Increases oxygen availability throughout the body thereby detoxifying cells.
4. Increases strength and fitness of the muscles, especially the legs.
5. It helps loose and maintain healthy body weight, and decreases the
likelihood of obesity as it burns up to 1,000 calories per hour.
6. Cholesterol and triglyceride levels reduce.
7. Metabolic and digestive processes stimulates.
8. Improves bone mineral content and therefore the density of bones thus
lessening the likelihood of fractures due to osteoporosis.
9. Enhances motor skills due to the need to maintain height, balance and
coordination simultaneously while responding to gravitational forces. All sides of
the body and brain are involved in the exercise.
10.Enhanced coordination carries over to every additional physical activity.
11. Children will get to coordinate and practice controlling their muscles.
12. Children quickly discover that trampoline is easy, offering immediate
success and accomplishment plus a feeling of exhilaration and motivation. Kids
quickly gain courage and self-confidence.
13. Excellent 3-way source of cardiovascular fitness - a) strengthens legs so
that they act as an auxiliary pump for the cardiovascular system lessening strain
on the heart; b) increased pulse rate strengthens the heart; c) the strengthening
of both the voluntary and involuntary muscular system makes the entire system
work more efficiently.
14.Increased lymphatic circulation: the body’s lymphatic system is a network of
vessels that transport nutrients and drain toxins from tissues. It does not contain
its own pumping mechanism and relies on external pressure including breathing
and muscular contraction to propel its contents through a system of one-way
lymphatic valves. Trampoline use helps the lymphatic system eliminate toxins by
increasing the gravitational pull as you bounce.
