It is fun and easy to dress up a file folder cover with some simple quilling techniques, and Washi tape. This will add a personal touch and brighten up the folder.
To do this I used...
Washi tape
Construction paper for the background
Quilling tool
Glue
First, I glued the construction paper as a background on the folder cover. Then I made a frame with Washi tape.
I quilled a variety of different flowers to contrast with the background paper, and glued it in place. I mostly made tear drop shapes with the quilling paper and played around on how I want to place them. I used Washi Tape in different widths for the stems.
