Using Rev-A-Shelf In Our Kitchen

We started our #KitchenReno during the holidays, and so far the tiles are placed, the vent is fixed, the cupboards are transformed. We are working on painting, replacing the countertops and the faucet. Since things can be put away with all the major jobs done, I can organize the cupboards. I used Rev-A-Shelf cut-to-size insert wooden organizers to keep my cutlery, knife and utensils organized. These products are available in Home Hardware stores such as Lowes. 

Wood Cutlery Tray Insert

I love how the drawers look with these wooden organizers made with classic maple hardwood with a UV-cured clear finish. These inserts closely match any kitchen cabinet, and helps us keep things tidy and accessible.

Knife Block Tray Insert

Rev-A-Shelf’s unique Knife Block Tray Insert is out of the box ready at 18-1/2” x 22” providing 19 slots to store knives and has a separate compartment for other utensils. 

I like that we can trim to the exact size we want using a table saw, so it would fit into the drawers of various widths and lengths. The divider that it comes with can be used in conjunction with another wood drawer unit to separate the 2 units. The unique design provides more storage than a traditional Knife Block.

We also inserted a Base Cabinet Pullout Single Wire Basket Sink and Base Accessories under our sink cabinet. I like how the chrome wire basket allows me to keep bulky items organized. The 5WB Series Chrome Baskets feature full-extension ball bearing slides, and heavy duty chrome plated frames that is easy to install using four screws within less than 5 minutes. I like that I can easily pull it out, clean, and keep things organized.
