What better way to celebrate the upcoming International Women's day on March 8th than telling all of you about how you can be part of Female Empowerment. If you believe in being a positive role model and want to be your own boss, then opening your own Glama Gal Franchise would be ideal.
Glama Gal is Canada’s one and only Tween Spa that started in 2006 literally out of Laura and Josie's car where they traveled from home to to home to perform tween spa parties, and later in 2008 they opened their own location to entertain and inspire tweens through unique, safe, and healthy spa services.
By opening your own location, you will have fun creating a space where tweens can retreat to listen to tween music, and talk about stories affecting girls. To be a successful owner/operators of a Glama Gal Franchise, you must be committed to work full time hours representing your location in your community, and be engaging, creative, caring, detail-oriented, open minded, honest, trustworthy, patient and genuine.

If you want to establish your own location, you will be taught everything you need to know to make it a successful spa with patented programs and services that are exclusive to the Glama Gal franchise. If you are considering opening your franchise then follow these Glam Franchise Steps:
- Review their website, visit and experience their location, and then research about the company.
- Fill out their very detailed application form, which will take about an hour. This initial assessment will let the team know who you are and why you want to be part of the Glama Gal Family.
- You will be invited for a few interviews and to see you in action. This will allow them to see if you are the right fit for their brand and family. During this time, we will send you a detailed credit application form to review your financial situation.
- If your credit application and interviews are successful, you will get a copy of the Disclosure documents to revise with your lawyer that is well versed in franchise law.
- After the 14-day disclosure period has passed, you have to set up your corporation and be ready to sign the franchise agreement along with payment of the franchisee fee. The initial franchising fee is $35,000, and the royalty fee is 6% of Gross Sales and 2% Marketing and Ad Fund of Gross Sales due per month.
- Once your Glama Gal location is secured, meet with the Glama Gal designers and get the training at the Glam University :) You will have a support system of talented women and fellow franchise owners who will guide you every step of the way.
