Exploring Science

My family and I love exploring science on a regular basis by going to the Science Centre, reading books related to science, watching shows related to science, and also exploring science at home. Here is an experiment my children did where they inflated a balloon without blowing, hope you get to try it with your little ones during the March Break.

“Science” is made up of natural sciences (fundamental forces and biological life), formal sciences (math and logic), and social sciences (human behaviour and societies) and more, so I am sure like us you too engage with science all the time. These titles that are science-inspired on Netflix will be fun for children to watch and learn during their leisure.
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is a new comedy series that adults can enjoy, which is now on Netflix. I watched the 13 episodes from the first season within a few days, and it is funny. There are lots of conversations that will point out so many changes that have happened within the last few years about many things in our society from how we communicate, the changes in our values to what we think.

It is about Kimmy Schmidt a woman who escapes from a doomsday cult and starts life over in New York. After living in a cult for fifteen years, Kimmy decides to reclaim her life and start over in New York City. Armed with just a backpack, light-up sneakers, and a couple of way-past-due library books, she’s ready to take on a world she didn’t even think existed anymore. Wide-eyed but resilient, nothing is going to stand in her way. She quickly finds a new job, a new roommate, and a new beginning.
