DIY Ceiling Project with Fasade

We loved using Fasade ceiling tiles to personalize our space. This is a stylish, and a practical solution for our ceilings, walls, and back splash in any room of our home. We used the Fasade 2X2 glue up ceiling tile in the Cyclone pattern to transform our dining room ceiling. It was easy to glue the tiles up on the ceiling, which immediately brightened the space. The project only took a few hours. The beautiful interconnected swirls are punctured into a dynamic pattern, and this white series of tile designs are paintable. We left the original white it came in, to give the space a crisp and clean feel. 

Before we used Fasade, our ceiling was covered with wallpaper. Prior to gluing the Fasade tiles, we removed the wallpaper and cleaned up the surface and prepared it to be flat. These tiles only work in flat and clean surfaces. 

We had to cut some of the tiles to fit some area, which was easy to do using the utility knife and scissors. We used the fast grab adhesive to glue the ceiling panels, and it was done with in a few hours. Cleaning up was also a breeze. We recommend using the big tubes of adhesives, as it uses a good amount because the back of the tile surface is recessed and is not flat because of its design.

These tiles are perfect to create either a contemporary or traditional design. Fasade ceiling tiles are available in most home hardware stores, and it offers a great way to accentuate our decor.
