Helly Hansen Outdoor Winter Clothing for Children

My son enjoys wearing his Helly Hansen Junior Progress Jacket. This jacket has Primaloft Insulation that gives the warmth and softness we all look for in winter jackets.
My son loves that this jacket feels light, unlike his other heavy winter jackets. He says that the jacket is soft and keep him really warm without the bulk. This breathable jacket is also packable, which is very convenient when we travel! I love how sleek it looks, and I am glad that he can wear the jacket for long periods of time and be comfortable in it.

All the seams are fully taped and welded to last long for a wonderful waterproof performance, and lets children be children and play actively and enjoy outdoor adventures. The hood is attached with strong buttons, and can be detached. There are two front zipper pockets and a zipper pocket on the right hand sleeve. There is a stitched in powder skirt that prevents snow and cold air from sliding up under the jacket; the buttons on the side of the powder skirt helps secure it when doing outdoor sports. We find this Junior Progress children's jacket from Helly Hansen is perfect for wet, cold, windy winter weather.

The jacket is eco-friendly, as it is made using 60% post consumer recycled material. This regular fit jacket is available in colours such as this ebony (black and green) and magma (orange and blue).

I like that it provides warmth without the weight. It is durable, breathable, dries quickly, and can be easily washed in the machine. It has easy on webbing loop and a hook and loop closure. The padded mittens are available in black, blue, and magenta. 

This black Helly Hansen rain pant is wonderful to slip on for extra protection during moderate weather conditions, as it will keep our young children dry, comfortable and protected. We like that it is elasticated and has an adjustable waist for a great fit. The bottom hem has velcro to adjust.
