Colourful Hallmark Products for Mental TLC

We think it is important for all of us to take some "me time" and do things that help us relax. Mental health matters and it is important to take the time during our busy days just to relax. As part of the #LoveHallmarkCA team, I am glad that Hallmark finds the importance of mental wellness and relaxation - they have a wide variety of colourful puzzles, colouring books, and calming décor.

Today, January 29th being National Puzzle Day, take the time to light up a calming candle and do a creative bright puzzle or colour the inspiring designs in colouring books or a colour block plaque from Hallmark.

    I like all these choices. They would make good gifts for hospitalized friends and family members, in particular.

    I enjoy puzzles but I find the colouring books overwhelming sometimes.

    I love these calming items- and couldn't we all use a little mental health break?! Thank you for reinforcing how important our mental health is and showing people options. My favourite "break" has to be lighting candles and building legos with my girls!

    I love doing puzzles and I think it is very calming and also great for fine motor skills. I haven't tried adult coloring yet, but it looks fun too. I love Hallmark's products.
