We like shows that everyone in our family can enjoy watching together without feeling uncomfortable with the content that comes up. I am hoping Netflix will continue to update the selection with more nature shows, and movies and shows that we can watch, and learn about how wonderful our world is and about important things that could benefit us and those around us.
A recent documentary we enjoyed watching on Netflix is Minimalism. This film really made us think and reflect that things do not bring happiness and the virtues of less is more. We think it is a wonderful way to set some goals this year on how we can try to be minimalists and not get tangled in the web of consumerism that is a burden to ourselves, and has a never ending cycle of problems for our society and environment.
As a family, we are hoping to watch documentaries that help with our lifestyle, nature and cooking shows whenever we can. We are also looking forward to watch Netflix original shows such as Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events 1 that will be streaming January 13th. There has been lots of fun Netflix originals recently, if you haven't checked it out yet, start making plans to watch them.
