Oreck’s Home Cleaning Solution

Oreck's Air Response air purifier with DustSense technology sets it apart from other purifiers in the market. We really like that it can automatically monitor, detect and respond to dust particles and odour in a home, which helps improve air quality within the home. One of the best features we love is not needing to control the settings once we keep the air purifier in auto mode. Auto mode allows DustSense technology to monitor and detect the amount of particles in the air, which automatically senses and responds to deliver cleaner air. This takes the guesswork out.

This powerful intuitive air purifier has silence technology and works in the background without the noise. The air quality indicator is colour coded to show the level of air quality in the room. It lets us know by changing to blue for low, purple for medium, and red for high based on the amount of particles in the air. The light-off features allows the unit to operate with dimmed lights for less disruptions. There are three speed levels. We can also set the built-in timer for 2, 4 or 8 hours and the air purifier will automatically turn off. I wish there was an option to set this unit to power on and off automatically at certain times of the day. 

The two-stage filtration has odour fighting carbon filter, and HEPA Media filter (High Efficiency Particulate Air) to capture 99% of unwanted particles. The replacement filter indicator shows when it is time to replace the HEPA Media and Odor filters. The air purifier comes with one extra filter and a 2 year warranty.

The very minimum design of Oreck's Air Response air purifier, similar to a lightweight luggage is available in three sizes; small (140 sq. ft.), medium (205 sq. ft.), and large (295 sq. ft.). For example, the medium size removes harmful particles by circulating the air approximately every 12 minutes in medium size rooms such as kitchens, living rooms, and large bedrooms.

In our experience, we feel air purifiers that control the air quality in our homes are life improving and are not only for people with allergies. According to the EPA website, the air quality even in the cleanest homes is up to five times dirtier than the air outdoors. Oreck's Air Response air purifier helps purify dust and dirt, pollen, pet odour, food, cooking odours, mold spores, smoke, allergy causing dust mites, and pollutants from open windows and doors. We felt that Oreck's Air purifier did make a difference in the air quality inside our home especially after a few days of operating.
