Our Summer Ice Cream Bar

This Ice Cream Bar my family and I enjoyed is a sponsored post for #CollectiveBias using ingredients I purchased at Walmart. In my family ice cream is associated with warm sunny days! Although, we enjoy licking our ice cream on a cone we always lean more towards having ice cream with other desserts. Every time I make our favourite pineapple upside down cake, apple pie, fruit salad, or a milk drink with rose syrup known as Falooda, a tub of ice cream disappears in no time at all.

My family is big on snacks, and enjoy it all the time. During the school days, I prepare healthy snacks for my children to take to school and enjoy during their recess break. We also like to have snacks in the evening right after school before having dinner. I find preparing healthy snacks and having them accessible to my children to enjoy as they wish is important to me because this way they get the amount of servings they need much easily than at meal times.

Crafts Made to Decorate The Table For Thanksgiving Weekend

I made these Thanksgiving themed crafts with my children, as part of a sponsored post for Collective Bias® using material I bought from Michaels Arts and Crafts Store and things found around our home.

I encourage my children to be thankful everyday and remind them about those who are less fortunate than us. I also teach them to be thankful for the bounties and mercy of God for providing us with everything we need. We made a table centrepiece, place cards and napkin rings to decorate our table when we have guests during the long weekend.
