Shopping at Mark's as the Back to School Routine Starts

The yearly events at the CNE usually reminds us that back to school routines will be starting soon! We are looking forward to go the Canadian National Exhibition this year as well, as the events happen between August 19th to September 5th.

Summer Fun at the CNE

From August 15th to September 1st there are lots to do for the whole family at the 136th annual Canadian National Exhibition in Toronto, Ontario. It is a wonderful place to hear music, smell the aroma of funnel cakes and cotton candy, and be part of many shows, rides and exhibits. Last year we learned a lot about farming at the CNE. There will be lots of new shows and attractions at the CNE this year, as well as returning popular attractions such as the CNE Zip Line, Sky Ride, SuperDogs, The Flying Wallendas, the 65th Annual Canadian International Air Show and more.

Learning about Farming at the Indoor CNE Farm

We learned lots of fabulous information when we went to the Farm at CNE just before school started this year. I love these types of hands on experiences, as children remember these more and become aware of their surroundings. Last year, we went to a wonderful event by Farmers Feed Cities at Riverdale Farm and learned lots about farm life, farm animals and got a chance to speak with many Ontario farmers.
